Death (not the metal band) was a three piece rock n roll/punk rock band from Detroit in 1975. When my roommate showed me this album, the first track instantly reminded me of Fred Sonic's Rendezvous Band, and heavy elements of the MC5. The other tracks on this album are just as good and all set a different pace. A few progressions remind me of Captain Beyond and Sir Lord Baltimore, and its absolutely righteous. Basically, you need this record. All three were brothers- literally and figuratively.. you do the math. Also- It's rumored that Bad Brains got their hands on Deaths one and only single, and based their entire catalog off of it.. I believe it.
